Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable). Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and location. The cost for shipping will be included in your order quote and invoice. Once an order is shipped through the carrier, all product handling and deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier.

Returns & Refunds

As all our apparel items are custom-made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

Defective merchandise that occurred during production or shipping, or incorrect orders
received may be eligible for returns. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues with your purchase. We will review your case and may request additional information, such as photos of the issue to assess eligibility for a return.

Easy, simple, and convenient quote process for your custom apparel print needs. Follow the instructions below to submit your quote request:

• Step 1: Select any apparel product featured on our site.
• Step 2: Select the “Create Quote” to begin your quote process.
• Step 3: Select your desired product color and size first. If you need the product in multiple sizes, you can specify your desired quantities by size in the “Quantity” section.
• Step 4: Fill out all relevant and required fields to customize your product order. Remember to attach your artwork along with clear detailed instructions.
• Step 5: Select “Save To Order” to add your customized product to your quote cart.
• Step 6: Review your product customizations by selecting the details tab.
• Step 7: Add or remove products in your cart or select “Approve Order” to complete your quote request.
