Ordering Process

  • Customization Options: Customers have the option to upload their own designs or hire us to provide creative services. Our customization services include text, artwork, logo creation, and graphics placement. See our services page for more details.
  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed directly through our website by completing our online quote process. Customers can select their desired apparel, choose customization options such as size, color, artwork design, quantity. You may add as many apparel choices desired to a single order. Once you have specified the customizations and are ready to submit your quote request, simply follow the steps to complete the checkout process.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an quote order, customers will receive an order confirmation via email, detailing their selected items, customization specifications, and order number. 
  • Response Time: Our team will follow up with you within 24-48 hours of order receipt to confirm your request and or to provide you with a quote to fulfill your order.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Meta, Google Pay). All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

Production and Shipping

  • Production Time: The production time for customized apparel varies depending on the complexity of the order and current demand. Typically, orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Rush orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. If your order must be completed and delivered by a specific date, please inform us through the online quote form, email or phone, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
  • Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and chosen shipping method.
  • Tracking Orders: Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of their delivery.

Return Policy

At OFP Printing & Apparel, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. As all our apparel items are custom-made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues with your purchase. We will carefully review your request and work to find the best solution for you.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  1. Defective Merchandise: If your apparel has a print issue, tear, or any other defect that occurred during production or shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or further information to assess the issue.
  2. Incorrect Order: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for reasons other than those listed above. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it to ensure all details are accurate.

Process for Returns:

  1. Notify us immediately: Contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving your order at the contact details listed below.
  2. Assessment: We will review your case and may request additional information, such as photos of the issue, to assess eligibility for a return.
  3. Resolution: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a replacement or refund accordingly.
